Are flights included in group trips?
Flights are not included. However, if you would like us to book your flight for you, please reach out.
Does JetQuest allow full refunds?
Not after 48 hours of booking. The money we collect is used to pay the hotel, villa, vendors, excursions, food and more before we arrive for our trips.
Package Pricing
All pricing is subject to per person. For example if you book a standard double with someone else. Each person would pay $2000 USD.
What happens if my roommate cancels?
If you book a trip at double pricing with a roommate and your roommate cancels, you have three options: Upgrade to a Single Room: You can choose to upgrade to a single room for an adjusted price. Find a New Roommate: You have the option to find a replacement roommate yourself. Same-Sex Roommate Assignment: Alternatively, we can assist by pairing you up with a same-sex roommate. Please inform us of your preference, and we'll ensure a smooth adjustment to your booking.
Can I arrive a day early? Or stay a day late?
Yes, If you do not coordinate this with JetQuest by the 30 day threshold before a trip you will be responsible for handling your own extended reservation.
